About

Helping and supporting individuals to make the most of their journeys through life has been my focus for over decade. Humour, playfulness, sensitivity, and movement are corner stones of my therapeutic practise, and we’ll explore them together at your pace. I’ll be there with you as you challenge preconceptions that may no longer serve you, help you to foster meaningful connection, and support you to embolden your unique expression as a human being.

I am specialist in Humanistic therapy, and a Clinical Supervisor. I studied Humanistic Therapy at Metanoia Institute, a leading psychotherapy training centre in London (UK). I have also worked extensively within the Arts and continue to work for The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) a world-leader in the education of actors, directors and theatre artists.

I am also an accredited Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA). I work with leading charities in the UK to support people who have experienced sexual violence. I provide both therapeutic care, and practical help and guidance to assist people navigating the criminal justice system.
